For the third time I went to the 48th and as each year is unique in the composition of the crew and the conditions and atmosphere in which it is filmed, this third one was without a doubt the coolest! Not only because of the experience and professional colleagues, but also because of the circumstances. In the summer of 2024, Matěj Seifert, who was in charge of my crew in my premiere year as a coordinator, contacted me and presented his plan that he would like to link the two crews, with me as the Czech director and a crew filming in parallel with us - world wonder - in New Zealand! Being a lover of challenges, I agreed to the idea, our team Unicorns (Czechs) and Kiwis (New Zealanders) was formed, I got FAMO people, friends and new people I hadn't worked with before to join the crew, after a long time I was happy to re-cast my friend Zbyšek Pantůček in the film and even though I called dozens of my known students from the Conservatory, the Acting School, DAMU etc. for the young actors, fatefully, the actors who had played the couple in my Angel Rhapsody the previous year met on the set.

Our coordinator Matěj arranged the exclusive and amazing Bouda Fortress as a location, whose premises absolutely captivated us and whose employees took care of us extremely willingly, we had a guesthouse in the nearby village of Lichkov and our crew worked in such professionalism, peace and quiet that we could afford to lie down, sleep and even visit the sauna during the shoot!! Even with a thirteen-hour time delay, we were able to collaborate with our colleagues on the other side of the world, link the VFX footage and despite some minor difficulties with the unusual for me ultra-cinemascope image format, we managed to complete the ambitious and incredible challenge with four computers in the editing room and one in the colouring room.

At the ceremony in Cinema 35, the film was nominated in the categories of Best Supporting Actor (Zbyšek Pantůček), Best Production, Best Cinematography, Best Sound, Best Costumes, Best VXF and Best Student Film, for which it won a big trophy donated by FAMO in Písek.
