About the film
Filip, a stressed young boy, confesses to his therapist and asks for help. The psychotherapist has tried all kinds of treatment to no avail, but he thinks of one last option - to offer Filip an application to FAMO in Písek to discover his talent.
Film facts
In the winter semester of the 4th year at FAMO in Písek, I was given the task to shoot a commercial for our school as a classic practical exercise. The topic of the commercial came to my mind almost immediately. Since I wanted to revisit my classic comedy genre after the horror graduation film, I came up with a sarcastic situation (typical for today) in which a depressed and hopeless young man confesses to a psychotherapist and the only way to cure him is to enroll at FAMO in Písek, where he discovers his talent and gets cured.
After a long casting (I approached P. Nárožnný, J. Lábus, T. Turek, P. Jablonský, etc.) and searching for a location, I first worked with a friend and dubber Jindřich Žampa. whose voice is known from several commercials, and I cast the actor and director of the Minor Zdeněk Pecháček We filmed in the premises of Sladovna in Písek and staged the beach in front of a blue backdrop with 350 grams of sand in an attic with holes in the floor, where the actors froze and imitated the idyll of a Hawaiian beach in swimsuits and beachwear.
